As a detail oriented duo, our extensive experience in renovating multiple properties has instilled in us the confidence and skills to effectively handle small maintenance tasks at our STR's. Over the past year, Jodi has been instrumental in staging STR's nationwide, ensuring that properties are guest ready. Drawing from this experience and our ownership of two STR's, we understand the critical elements of a successful STR business and the challenges faced by the homeowners. Recognizing the need for a dedicated professional beyond a cleaner or handyman, we have personally encountered this gap in the market, motivating us to establish our own company to be that person for other STR owners and property managers.
